I've never heard that quote before, but as you might have read in my flickr post the other day, in the special feature included on the DVD of the film Paris je t'aime, one of the twenty-one directors (each of whom were asked to make five-minute vignettes which comprise the film) remarked, "five minutes might be the rest of your life."
And for the record, it took me about five minutes to write that very long sentence!
