I can count 22 building cranes outside my window at the Bellagio Hotel, and I suspect there are more hiding behind that tower.

Vegas is the only mushroom farm that is above ground and exposed to light. But it's really not the buildings that the city is nurturing, its all the people inside the concrete and steel shells that never see the light of day. So I guess it is a mushroom farm of another kind after all... :D
