The 1896 "Three Spindle" slot machine, manufactured by Charles Fey of San Francisco, aka "The Thomas Edison of Slot Machines". (A designation that, frankly, cracked me up.)
Fey started manufacturing slot machines in 1894.
On exhibit with a bunch of other really cool and curious antique slots at the Nevada State Museum in Carson City.
