You might prefer the originals (above) -- or if your fridge looks as lean as mine and you have an abundance of CSA produce to use up, you might like it just like this:
Toss gently.two or three sweet to bursting summer tomatoes, cubed into chunks (beefsteak will do ya. if they’re heirloom even better.) one quarter of a medium sized watermelon, also cubed and deprived of its seeds slivered red onion, as much as you like (I used about 1/8th of a cup, maybe less) feta cheese a small fistful of kalamata olives, halved the juice of 2 small limes a splash of olive oil fine sea salt cracked pepper
Serve.
